Business

The Finance department prepares the annual operating budget, federal and state grant budgets, capital outlay budget, and debt service budget; supervises/processes all aspects of the general ledger accounting system for general fund and all other state and federal programs; supervises/processes purchasing, payroll and payables; prepares and submits the annual financial report to the state of Louisiana, and provides needed financial information to the Superintendent and the board.
