On February 2-7, our Central Middle Katz Dance Team made history by becoming the first CMS dancers to compete at the National level. These 17 dancers, along with their sponsors and many supportive family members, traveled to Orlando, Florida for the National Dance Team Championships (NDTC).
Competing in two divisions, your Katz came home with a top 10 finish in Junior High Hip Hop and a top 5 finish in Junior High Kick. This comes on the heels of placing 1st at the Louisiana Dance Challenge in late January.
We are very proud of these young ladies, and look forward to many more years of seeing them compete at the National level.
