HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to three of our very own CMS Band students for qualifying for the STATE level honor band after a rigorous audition process! These students competed against others across the entire state of Louisiana to make it into the band.
Calvin Carline and Henri Hebert were both named to the State Jazz Ensemble. (Calvin- drumset; Henri- electric guitar).
Gwen Carrier was named to the State Symphonic Ensemble on Tuba placing third chair overall.
We are so excited for these students to represent Central Middle School at the state convention in January. Congrats again!
