Intent to Register for 2013-2014 School Year If you intend to register your child(ren) in the Central Community School System for the 2013-2014 school year, please complete an Intent to Register Form for each child to be registered. If your child(ren) attend one of our public schools currently, you do not have to fill out this Intent to Register Form. Once you have completed the form, you must go to your child's respective school, get a registration packet, and fill out the necessary information and forms.
