REGISTRATION INFORMATION

K-12 online registration for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year will begin on Monday, March 24, 2025, and end on Friday, June 27, 2025.  Pre-K CANNOT register online and MUST register at Bellingrath. You can find the information below:

2025-2026 K-12 Online Registration

Centralized (in-person) registration for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year will begin on Monday, July 7, 2025. Registration will take place at the Central Community School System Office located at 11576 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70818.

Registration days and hours are as follows:

Monday and Wednesday: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (must be signed in by 3:30 p.m.)
Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (must be signed in by 10:45 a.m.)

*Double up re-registration will occur in the fall.

Student Registration Documents and Forms

This checklist provides a detailed list of student and residency documents required for registration.

Affidavit of Residency Form is required if domicile is not owned or leased by parent/guardian. The form may also be required if deemed necessary by the Director of Student Services.

To be completed for new students enrolling in our district for the upcoming school year.

To be completed for a current student's change of address for the upcoming school year, and submitted with residency documents as noted on the Registration Document Checklist.
