If you have a "technology problem", submit a support request. There is an icon, yellow question mark,on the Novell Application Launcher (the white screen with the programs) that says support request. Just fill it out and this submits a work order. Work orders are not overlooked or forgotten like emails.
Teachers can now access their school files from home via the Netstorage option on the Staff page of the CCSS website. You can open a personal file or one from the Teachers' Shared Drive from your school. To access the drives, double click the one you wish to open. Log in to Netstorage with your Novell login information just like you do when you open email away from school. (Don't check this function out at school; it doesn't work at school. It knows you already have access to your school information while you are at school.)When finished with making changes to a file from school, don't just save the changes; you must upload it back to your school files. To upload: click FILE, choose UPLOAD from the menu, enter the name of the folder or file you wish to upload, and then click OK. You can also browse to andselect the file or folder to upload. You can upload multiple files or folders by clicking the plus (+) button and entering or selecting additional files or folders.
